About
In 2006 we developed a simple yet powerful open source datagrid called MySQLPHPGrid, which appeared to be useful for a lot of people. From then, we developed new versions of the open source package, extended it with more functionality and renamed in into DrasticTools. You can find the latest release on the Open Source page of this site. Many people use it and share knowledge in the support forum. Based upon feature requests, donations and bug findings, from time to time we make a new release. If you have questions, requests or ideas, please ask them in the support forum or contact us directly. We also provide consultancy around DrasticTools.
This site also shows you a number of animated and interactive visualization components in Flash. We started with an dynamic tag cloud. Later we added a list component, an interactive hierarchical bar chart and a dynamic treemap. We are always looking for interesting data cases for our experiments. If you have one, or if you want to use one of the components we already developed on your own data, please contact us at info@drasticdata.nl.
We will continue to develop improved versions of the software, both the open source software as well as the visualization components. You are welcome to give us feedback.
